I can't handle spicy food very well, can the dishes be prepared less spicy?

 Of course ! A small survey we conducted with our customers showed that not everyone experiences spicy food in the same way. That is why with most Traditional dishes you can choose how spicy you want the dish. 

Please indicate this when ordering. (If you do not make a choice, we will prepare the dish in the traditional way)

What are the opening hours?

 Opening hours are every day from 11.30 am to 2pm and from 6pm to 10.30pm. 

Wednesday is our closing day.

My online payment did not go through or was refused, what now?

If you opted for an online payment and it did not go through for some reason, your order will still be prepared and you must pay when receiving the order.

You will still receive confirmation of your order at Thai Tuk Wan by email.

Payment can then be made upon delivery or collection with cash or mobile payment terminal.

Where do you deliver?

We generally deliver to the following zip codes: 1480, 1500, 1501, 1502, 1600, 1601, 1651, 1653, 1654, 1670 and 1671

Is your street not listed?

Sorry, the main reason for this is that we can no longer guarantee the quality, otherwise we would have been happy to come to you.

Can I place an order for tomorrow?

Yes, that's possible! Through this website you can place 24/24 orders, you can indicate the delivery or pick up and this a week in advance.


What should I do if my order is incorrect?

We strive to hand over only correct orders but sometimes something small can go wrong. We advise you to contact us on the 0494/99.33.55. You can expect a quick solution.

Can I also place an order by phone?

From experience, we know that telephone orders contain an error faster, due to incorrect communication. That is why we recommend you to order via our website from now on. Thanks in advance!

I would like to cancel my order, how does that work?

When ordering food online, timing is very important! If you contact us immediately after placing your order, it may still be possible to cancel this order. If this order is already prepared or is on the way, it can unfortunately no longer be canceled.
